We cannot start this thread without some declarations from the greatest coach ever to grace a football pitch with his presence.ROBERTO MANCINI himself!!

Mancini: "We can only get better"

MANCHESTER - Roberto Mancini is encouraged by the Nerazzurri's performance in Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Manchester United. But the Inter coach is keeping his feet on the ground.

He said: "The result doesn't count, these are just pre-season friendlies. I said it after the defeats to Valencia and Arsenal, and I'm saying it again after this nice win tonight.

"It was without doubt a good test because we faced a great team further ahead in their preparation and also more complete than us as a squad. On the eve of the game I had said that it would be a truer Inter, but this is normal and quite simple to do - all you have to do is take a few Primavera players out of the starting lineup.

"Besides this banal consideration, though, I'm satisfied. Not with the result, but with the desire and the performance of the lads. We will continue on our path to reach our best form and gradually recover every player in the squad."

In the meantime, the strike partnership of David Suazo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has already won over the fans. The more they play together, the more they seem made for each other. "Suazo is new so his understanding with all of his team-mates, not just Zlatan, will clearly improve over time," Mancini explained. "He just has to work hard and believe."

So according to the FIFA agent Ernesto Bronzetti, Emerson is already an Inter player....should be interesting.

Bronzetti: 'Emerson all'Inter è cosa fatta'

Given the lack of Interesti in the site at present, I've decided to be a good samaritan and help boost your post count...this just in (yesterday)

Aston Villa Despatch Sorry Inter Milan

Aston Villa 3-0 Inter Milan

Aston Villa put in a morale-boosting performance against the team that beat Manchester United 3-2 in midweek. Martin O'Neill's side thrashed Inter Milan 3-0 at Villa Park, with teo goals from Gareth Barry and one from Martin Laursen.
Aston Villa Despatch Sorry Inter Milan

The game against the reigning Serie A champions confirmed firstly that Villa's rebuilding is progressing very well, and that they will be a force to be reckoned with next season.

But secondly it underlined the lack of depth in their squad, with Gareth Barry and Osbourne operating as makeshift centre-backs by the end of the game, suggesting that O'Neill will be busy in the transfer market before the window closes.

It was a convincing win for Villa, who rook the lead in the 14th minute when Gareth Barry got opn the end of a Stiliyan Petrov cross.

Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic pulled his shot wide shortly before the break, and three minutes after it, Villa had doubled their lead.

Barry slung a free-kick into the Nerazzurri box and it was headed home by former AC Milan defender Laursen.

Villa added their third came midway through the second half when Gabriel Agbonlahor broke into the area, only to be tripped by Walter Samuel. Man-of-the-match Barry converted the penalty with the minimum of fuss.

While the victory will surely give Villa great encouragement ahead of their Premiershit opener against Liverfekkin'wankscum next weekend, Inter have had a strange set of results in England. Their victory against Premiershit champions was sandwiched between this defeat by Villa and others by Arsenal and Valencia in the Emirates Cup.

Former Italy boss Marcello Lippi believes Inter and Barcelona will battle it out for the Champions League after their summer signings.

“At this moment in time there are two teams that represent fantasy football – Inter and Barcelona. They have Europe in the palm of their hand,â€

Interisti, just for the record, at the moment the 'briz' who is a member here isn't 'your' Briz, as it were. I heard that briz was having trouble registering so I've registered an account in his name. I'm hoping Lomba can get him the password I've created and so he can, when he wishes, change it and reclaim the username, if you see what I mean. This does mean, of course, that sending 'briz' private messages telling him what a cnut that maro fecker is and how you're planning to shit in maro's bag is probably unwise. For the moment, at least. Not, of course, that as uber-abmin I can't read your most private of private messages whenever I want anyway.

Thank you Lomba. The entertainment wasn't that major at the work since after my account were activated the site become "halfblocked". So the images and "reply-button" were no way to be seen... :brickwall:

So there is just one thing to do; quit my job!

Btw, nice site and interface. But the colors were a bit of a disapointment... black and blue anyone? ;)

Well, I wouldnt mind that at all. I have always liked the player.A quality playmaker is waht we still lack ATM,altough Figo is still capable of doing his magic quite often.

Inter: Rosicky il prossimo anno

Fonte: Tg Com
